• Can I place an order without an account?
    No, unfortunately this is not possible. You need an account to place an order.
  • Can I also order as a private individual?
    No, unfortunately it is not possible to order from us as a private individual. You can only create an account if you have a VAT number.
  • How soon will I receive my order?
    If your payment is received, we will do everything we can to send your order the same day.
  • Can I view my orders?
    You can view orders on your account page, here you can also download your invoices.
  • What is the minimum order amount?
    The minimum order amount is €150.
  • How can I place my order?
    When you are logged in, you can add products to your shopping cart. From there you place your order and you arrive at the check-out page.

    No, unfortunately it is not possible to return.

    Send an email with the details to info@studiolight.nl, then we can solve it together.
  • Can anyone create an account? 
    No, not everyone can create an account. You need a VAT number to create an account, we don’t sell to private individuals.
  • How can I change my details?
    On the ‘ My Account’ page you can change your details under the heading  ‘account details’.
  • Can I change my password?
    On your account page you will find a cup of account information. Here you can change your password.
  • How can I delete my account?
    If you want to delete your account you can send an email to info@studiolight.nl. Then we will ensure that your account and all your data are deleted. We will send a conformation of this.
  • Where can I buy Studio Light products?
    Our products are for sale at various wholesalers and numerous retailers. On the homepage you can find the logo’s of many companies who sell our products.
  • How can I search for a product? 
    There are two ways to search:
    1. Via the search bar at the top of the screen.
    2. Via the search option in the webshop filter menu, which can be found on the webshop page. Here you can search by product name, article number, collection, etc.
